ART Master Software
The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) through the AIDS Capacity Enhancement (ACE) project was looking for ways to enhance the reporting capabilities of some of the healthcare units mostly those that dispense ARV’s, and are run by USAID sponsored Projects/NGO’s. ACE contracted HealthConsult to evaluate data capture systems that are easy to use, yet powerful in managing clinical data. HealthConsult discovered ClinicMaster as the most comprehensive and powerful healthcare information management system. Wilson Kutegeka was contracted to develop a scaled down version of ClinicMaster, which he successfully developed. Currently, ARTMaster has been deployed in over 80 healthcare units in the country and many more units are coming on board soon
